This is a portrait of Barack Obama created with approximately 8,000 words of the following handwritten text: the entire Declaration of Independence; large sections of the U.S. Constitution; a summary of Dred Scott v. Sandford; the entire Emancipation Proclamation; summaries of Brown v. Board of Education and the Civil Rights act of 1964; the entire "I Have a Dream" speech by Martin Luther King, Jr.; and excerpts from Obama's speech the night he was elected President.
